Emily Charlotte

Earlier this year Camilla Joy Photography approached me eager to do an editorial photoshoot, but to do it unapologetically big and bold. We put our heads together to come up with a concept and worked closely alongside Bluesky Flowers and Mark Howe Flowers to develop something which was timeless, luxurious and very maximalist.
From the beginning, we wanted the shoot to really feel immersive. Our couple would be enveloped by flowers, surrounded by design and lost in entertainment and loved ones. The goal wasn't for the end result to necessarily feel realistic (let's be honest, some of these floral elements would not be the most practical in reality) but for couples to be able to take inspiration from the editorial overall.
Our brief was to go BIG; everyone took that and really ran with it and I'm so grateful for the very talented team who came onboard with this and helped Camilla and I to achieve even more than we had hoped for! A shout out to that team...
