Available to a very limited number of couples each year WBEC offers Event Management to couples who align with the EC ethos; a beautiful, floral heavy aesthetic and detail-oriented design, but first and foremost a focus on creating an unforgettable atmosphere, with exquisite food, flowing drinks and musicians who know how to fill a dancefloor!

We are here for those who have thoughtfully planned all details, yet understand that on the day itself, they deserve to be fully immersed in the moment. As you step into your roles as bride and groom, we assume the responsibility of overseeing the event with dedication, experience, and the quiet calmness required to ensure everything unfolds flawlessly.

This service begins 4-6 weeks before your wedding. I'll meet with you at your chosen venue, carefully review your plans and develop comprehensive schedules for both your suppliers and your guests. When your wedding day arrives, you can relax in the moment with complete peace of mind, knowing that my experienced team is discreetly in place, anticipating needs, resolving complexities, and ensuring every aspect of your celebration is delivered exactly as you would hope.

One.

Two.

Hopefully you leave our call excited to move forward with Weddings by Emily Charlotte. At this stage there is a small amount of admin required; I'll send you a Booking Contract and an invoice for the initial booking fee.

Three.

Once your booking is secured with me, you can relax knowing the date is yours; it's now time for you to progress your plans. Wedding Planning is not included within my Event Management service, so it's time for you to organise any outstanding suppliers before we catch up again closer to your wedding date.

Four.

Around 6 weeks before your wedding date it's time for us to meet. This will begin with an in-person meeting at your chosen venue (if your wedding is taking place in a marquee then we'll leave this until a little later when the marquee has been erected).
This is an opportunity for us to walk through the flow of your day. If you know where you'd like everything set up, then great - this is your chance to chat me through your plans. If you're a little unsure of the best layout of things, then we can go through the options together; I'll give you my advice on what I think will work best.
We'll both leave this meeting with a clear understanding of how your day will look.

Five.

I'll provide two schedules for your day.
1 - your supplier facing schedule; what time each supplier is due to arrive, begin their service, finish their service and depart. This is the behind-the-scenes that helps to ensure the smooth running of things.
2 - your guest facing schedule; this is the overall flow of your day: ceremony, cocktail reception, dinner, speeches, cake cutting, first dance etc. Designed to keep your day on track whilst also allowing for the natural progression of events.

Six.

Around 2 weeks before your wedding we'll reach out to each your suppliers if  we haven't already been in touch with them. This will be an introductory hello, to ensure we have one anothers contact details and to let them know that from this point onwards Weddings by Emily Charlotte will be their primary point of contact.
This means you can relax and enjoy the final run up to your wedding day.

Seven.

When the wedding day arrives at least one member of the EC team, depending on guest numbers and logistics, will be in attendance at your wedding from set up of the first suppliers, through to the end of the event or a pre-agreed time. 
You can immerse yourself in your wedding, surrounded by your family and friends, knowing all your hard work is being taken care of, with professionals on hand to oversee everything, including decoration assistance, discrete handling and mitigation of any 'hiccups' should they arise, guest assistance and generally being the 'go-to' point of contact for you, your venue and your guests.
