When Maddie and Giacomo booked their venue, it felt like 2024 was so far away. I was so excited to be holding a wedding at the utterly beautiful Villa Arvedi and it just felt like such a long time to wait. As always, before we knew in the blink of an eye it was July 2024 and the wedding day was here.

In the Valpolicella countryside Maddie and Giacomo had a black tie celebration with 70 family and friends. Everything about this venue was impressive - the long driveway and dominating building facade, the famous Italian gardens, the historic ceremony spot and of course the frescoed dining hall.

Giacomo wanted to do justice to his Italian roots, not just with the location but with an abundance of food, live show cooking and endless supply of fine, local wines. He was also given the traditional task of popping the prosecco with a sword!

The lovely Nora Photography was by their side to capture the day so beautifully, as she always does.
