I wrapped up my 2025 wedding season in November, with Jessica and Nick's wedding at Goodwood House. Whilst Jess now calls America home, she's a British girl at heart, so for their wedding they choose to celebrate in Sussex, bringing 150+ American's over to the UK to experience a classically British wedding.
Guests stayed across Cowdray House and the Spread Eagle Hotel, both in Midhurst, with the main wedding taking place at nearby Goodwood House; the perfect, opulent setting for their black tie theme. After a beautiful ceremony, reception and dinner at Goodwood, guests all piled onto vintage double decker buses to head back to Cowdray for the party (and after party!).
With a harpist to greet guests, a string quartet to perform acoustically during the ceremony, a pianist and singer to entertain during the drinks reception, strings performing electronically over dinner, a saxophonist to accompany the cake cutting, a band to start the party and a DJ to wrap things up, this wedding certainly wasn't short of live music which kept the atmosphere high and the party going long into the night...or should I say morning!
Outfits were nothing short of perfection, with guests asked to wear white or black tie, and the bride herself of course outshone everyone by wearing 3 stunning dresses throughout the day, with each outfit change fitted seamlessly into changes of location - I just love each of them!
Charlotte Wise Photography captured everything just perfectly as you can see from these dreamy preview images!
