La Badia di Orvieto is an historic residence turned 4* hotel and restaurant situated in Umbria, said to be the oldest hotel in Italy.
Onsite there are 27 rooms for 54 people, or with additional beds/sofa beds maximum capacity can be 75. For any remaining guests, there are accommodation options in the town of Orvieto, just 3km away.
There is a church onsite for a religious ceremony, alternatively a symbolic ceremony can take place elsewhere within the grounds, such as under the impressive stone archway, or a civil ceremony can be performed in Orvieto.
There is one, large indoor room, which can seat a maximum of 130 people for dinner. For Plan B for the ceremony, or for larger guest numbers than this, a marquee is required.
