Support that begins 6 weeks from your wedding

10 hours attendance on the wedding day
Unlimited communication once we're 4-6 weeks out from your wedding
You can add or remove elements as required, including attendance hours if your plans require more support.

With Event Management you are investing in Total Peace of Mind on your wedding day.
A bespoke quote will be provided based on the location, logistics and guest numbers associated with your wedding.
Choosing someone to seamlessly manage your wedding day is no easy task. At this stage, you are no doubt reviewing various websites, social media channels and Google review pages, as you should be. Research is important.
Please gather whatever information you feel you need in order to take the next step; whether that's simply having a scroll, or a little further and dropping me an email should you just wish to ask a quick question, or request a bit more detail, my inbox is always open and you are under no obligation.

When you feel ready to, please get in touch (via email, contact form or phone) with a little more information on your initial plans. It's really useful for me to know:
- The date of your wedding
- Your chosen venue(s)
- How many guests you anticipate
- Provisional ceremony start and end of event time
It's totally okay if you're unsure on any or all of the above in these early stages, that's expected.
Of course you are still under no obligation and I understand you're information gathering.

Three.
I'll get back to you, usually within 24 hours during the week, with a response to any questions you may have had in your initial enquiry.
I'd love to become one of your shortlisted wedding coordinators, so hopefully this response fills any gaps you may have at this stage and gives you a good feel for whether you'd like to chat a little more.

Four.
If you're interested in learning more about how I can assist you, then this is the perfect time to organise a Zoom or regular call to chat a little more in depth. This is an opportunity for you to tell me a little more about the support you're looking for, where any concerns are, and how you envisage working with a wedding coordinator.
It's also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about my services, work-style and experience, so you can leave the call feeling confident about my offering.
Finally, it's for us both to get a feel for whether we align and would make a great partnership.

Five.
The final piece in your information gathering process, as after our call you'll receive a bespoke proposal; my services, tailored to your requirements.
The proposal will contain a clear quote and detail on next steps should you wish to go ahead and confirm my services.
It goes without saying but you are still under no obligation; whilst I hope you wish to continue with Weddings by Emily Charlotte, I understand that may not always be the case.
All I ask in that instance is that you please just let me know.
