Transparency sits at the heart of our approach, and so from the very beginning our fee structure is designed to be simple, clear, and consistent whether you're getting married in England, Italy or Spain, our fees do not waiver.
If you plan on putting your heart, soul and full party energy into one day only, or perhaps you're looking for a wedding planner for the wedding day alone and intend on organising any other events yourselves, then this option is for you.
The Minimalist Couple

10% of your total spend
The understated Couple
Whether you plan to ease everyone in with a pre-wedding welcome event, or don't quite feel ready to stop at the wedding day and wish to host a post wedding brunch, pool party or BBQ perhaps, then this option is for you.

12% of your total spend

- When we're going all out
If you're a couple who want to maximise the opportunity to celebrate and create memories with loved ones across not one, not two but three or more days of curated events, then this option is for you.
15% of your total spend
A minimum investment of £10,000 applies for our services (for budgets under £100,000 this will equate to more than 10% for a one day wedding).
For marquee weddings, the minimum investment is £12,000.

I understand that choosing a wedding planner is a big task. At this stage, you are no doubt reviewing various websites, social media channels and Google review pages, as you should be. Research is important.
Please gather whatever information you feel you need in order to take the next step; whether that's simply having a scroll, or a little further and dropping me an email should you just wish to ask a quick question, or request a bit more detail, my inbox is always open and you are under no obligation.

When you feel ready to, please get in touch (via email, contact form or phone) with a little more information on your initial plans. It's really useful for me to know:
- The date or period you're considering
- Where you want to get married (as vague as a country, or as specific as a venue)
- How many guests you hope to invite
- Any budget you have in mind
It's totally okay if you're unsure on any or all of the above in these early stages, that's expected.
Of course you are still under no obligation and I understand you're information gathering.

Three.
I'll get back to you, usually within 24 hours during the week, with a response to any questions you may have had in your initial enquiry.
I'd love to become one of your shortlisted wedding planners, so hopefully this response fills any gaps you may have at this stage and gives you a good feel for whether you'd like to chat a little more.

Four.
If you're interested in learning more about how I can assist you, then this is the perfect time to organise a Zoom or regular call to chat a little more in depth. This is an opportunity for you to tell me a little more about what you hope to achieve, where any concerns are, and how you envisage working with a wedding planner.
It's also a chance for you to ask any questions you may have about my services, work-style and experience, so you can leave the call feeling confident about my offering.
Finally, it's for us both to get a feel for whether we align and would make a great planning partnership.

Five.
The final piece in your information gathering process, as after our call you'll receive a bespoke proposal; my services, tailored to your requirements.
The proposal will contain a clear quote and detail on next steps should you wish to go ahead and confirm my services.
It goes without saying but you are still under no obligation; whilst I hope you wish to continue with Weddings by Emily Charlotte, I understand that may not always be the case.
All I ask in that instance is that you please just let me know.
